Souleil Vin de Bonté Le Blanc is a vibrant, organic white wine blend produced along the sun-drenched Mediterranean coast of southern France. Created by childhood friends Marianne Fabre-Lanvin and Thomas Delaude to capture the feeling of an "endless summer". The Grapes: The blend is heavily dominated by Piquepoul (often accounting for roughly 93% of the wine), rounded out with small percentages of Ugni Blanc and Terret Blanc. Notably, it features the rare use of organic Piquepoul from the region. Aroma: Highly expressive with notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, wild herbs, and occasional hints of white blossoms and tropical fruits. Palate: Lean, electric, and zippy. It pairs juicy flavors of citrus peel, pineapple, and orchard fruits with a distinctly savory, briny freshness. Finish: Clean and mouthwatering, leaving behind a delicate saline edge reminiscent of coarse sea salt and ocean air.
