Sebastien David "Couple Goals" Orange is a vibrant, highly smashable, and pocket-friendly natural skin-contact wine classified under the broad Vin de France designation. Crafted by 15th-generation Loire Valley vigneron Sebastien David, the wine gets its clever name from being a cross-regional blending of opposites that attract perfectly: sharp, linear Chenin Blanc from Saumur (Loire Valley) and voluptuous, textured Chardonnay from the Ardèche (Rhône Valley). Farmed completely organically and biodynamically, the hand-harvested grapes are co-fermented with native yeasts and macerated on their skins before spending six months aging in unlined concrete tanks with zero filtration and minimal sulfur.
